Your answers have been submitted for review with one of our doctors. They will determine your eligibility for medical treatment to help you lose weight comfortably and effectively.

Once the doctor writes  prescription, they will forward it to our pharmacy that will issue medication.  You will also receive a phone number to communicate with your doctor.
